Popcorn Sales
Pack 3371 participates in the annual Scout Popcorn Sales every Fall. This is our only fundraiser; we earn our budget for the entire year during this period. We make this a big effort so that we (both leaders and scouts) don't have to spend time fundraising during the rest of the year. Popcorn pays for everything we do - the patches and awards the boys earn, the outings we go on as a pack, and the supplies for the Pack and Den meetings. All of our Scouts are encouraged to sell, and the Pack, the Council, and Trail's End (the company the makes the popcorn for the Boy Scouts) all offer prizes and incentives for the boys. Pack Leaders will be available at Christ United Methodist Church to reveive and verify order forms.
- November 18, 2011 4-7 PM
- Scouts pick up popcorn at CUMC. We will have all the popcorn orders pre-sorted and labeled. Yes, it's two days after the pack meeting, but the popcorn is not delivered to us until Thursday, and CUMC has a big event Thursday night.
- November 18 - December 11 2011
- Scouts deliver popcorn to customers and collect money
- December 7, 2011 5-8 PM
- All money due. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Pack Leaders will be available at Christ United Methodist Church to reveive and verify money for orders.
- December 14, 2011
- Pack meeting - Pack popcorn prizes distributed to Scouts for a job well done.
- January 25, 2012
- Pack meeting - Trail's End prizes and council prizes distributed to Scouts.
Note that Trails' End has been late delivering before. If this happens again, we will distribute their prizes at the February Pack meeting.

Prizes and incentives
Prizes and incentives are offered at several levels of the popcorn sale. Please see the links below for details.
Questions customers may ask
- When will I get my popcorn?
- Popcorn will be delivered between November 18th and December 6th. (If you know what specific days you plan to make your deliveries, you can tell them those days.)
- Do I need to pay for it now?
- While you can pay for it now, payment is not required until the time of delivery. We accept cash, and checks made payable to "Pack 3371".
- I don't want any popcorn, but I want to help. Can I make a donation?
- Absolutely! Again, we accept cash, and checks made payable to "Pack 3371". (Make sure you get a name and address for people making donations, so that we can send them a receipt for tax purposes.)
- How does popcorn selling help your pack?
- Popcorn sales pay for our entire Scout program for the season. This includes supplies, outings, and awards.
